$15/hr (Pay as you go) and $260/month (Monthly retainer, badged "Best value") with the 20-hour terms and overage note.
Up to 20 hours of support per month (about 5 hours a week) at a discounted $13/hour, plus priority response and a monthly summary of hours and work completed. If you need more than 20 hours, extra time is $15/hour and I always confirm with you first, no surprise charges.
Every task is timed with a start and stop and logged with a description, so you get an itemized record of exactly what was done and how long it took, including any time spent tracking down missing details. Nothing is rounded up or estimated.
I send an itemized invoice, monthly for retainers, or after work is completed for hourly. Invoices and reminders go to your email and phone with a secure link to pay by card.
